Doesn’t the Bible say that the gifts such as speaking in tongues is by the laying on of hands, which is how I received it, rather than a learned skill?
1 Corinthians 12:11
But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
The bible says speaking in tongues is a gift from the Holy Spirit on an individual basis. You cannot learn it from someone.
Healing is also mentioned as a gift of the Spirt. I teach people how to operate in that gift every day.
